I have totally lost any respect I ever had for MATTHEW! I am playing a game with him and he is like begging to be voted out becasue he just doesn't have time to be in the game. He is telling everyone that he is going to have to quit soon if he doesn't get voted out. What a loser.. seriously. Blah!
Oh and iSurv1vor Live! should really be done after the game is over, but who cares at that point? iSurv1vor Live! adds another dimension to the game castaways need to keep in mind. If they backstab someone, chances are they're gonna call you out in our studios. It's how the game's been played since season four.
Like Payne and Morgan, I have mixed feelings about iSurv1vor Live. I think it could potentially be much more effective if it solely became a part of the Alumni Hangout. That way, the questions could be much more involved without fear of how other players currently in the game would react to certain things said. Something to think about...
Thank you! I hated that Live was viewable for everyone! It can totally ruin your game!
Anyway, it's an interesting twist, and it is cut and dry. What kinda funny about this twist is that I actually used that as a strategy in my final Survivor game. My and Heidi, (Holly of Greek Isles twin sister) were picked to make up new tribes. Well, being the genious I am, I said, rather than nick pick about tribes, let's just join the same tribe and create the ultimate tribe!! Ultimately, it kinda backfired on us, since Heidi got voted out right after the merge and I lost all control I had had in the game, (not to mention that I made more than a few enemies with some people who thought I was all for the original tribe). I still managed to finish 4th, (as always it seems).
But yeah, nice twist. I do fear it's gonna backfire on us though, although I think Heather will finally be rid of, I think we basically just handed the original Nene tribe the game with this one.
It def has pros and cons, but like..what would really be the point of iSurv1vor live if only Alum viewed it? Yes it would be great for us to read, entertainment is always fun, but the fun of iSurv1vor now is seeing the contestants reactions, good or bad.
Things said could totally screw up a persons game - but I haven't seen if occur ever in 3 seasons. In season 4, Skylar was repeatedly trashed in interviews and he ended up winning the entire game. Things said could potentially (<--being the oprative word) screw someone's game up, but if they know how to play it's nothing they can't recuperate from.
Hmm about handing Nene the game with the twist..eh..Nene has been the dominant tribe the entire time. Anyone coulda been on the Supreme tribe had they tried to do well. It just so happens that all the people who put effort into challenges (so far) seemed to have been on the Nene tribe.
Also, I hope the game doesn't play out like that - way too predictable. And of course I have some twists up my sleeve to throw a wrench into some plans I'm sure...

i think the twist is pretty rad. the 'dominant' people have to continue to kick ass on the challenges or else they are s.o.l. and the 'bottom feeders' have to REALLY try to kick the dominant people's asses so they aren't voted out. i don't think Nene was handed the game at all. *maybe* just *maybe* some of the lame people on Humuhumu will actually step it up.
ok, so here are my thoughts on the people still in the game, since i've been sucky and haven't really given any input.
Andrew Payne - he quite possibly is one of the most entertaining people i've ever seen in a game like this. he's smart about his game play too which is going to take him even further. like seriously though to be a youngin' i've got alot of respect for him and STILL regret that i didn't include him in any of my picks.
Josh - blah. Josh bores me. he's all about talking game and whatnot, but he should be more focused on maybe gaining a personality. harsh, probably, but in the whole time i've played games w/ him i've never known him to be all that exciting. lol, he should probably watch out for Payne.
Earl - he's another one that absolutely bores me to pieces. (there seems to be a few of them in the game). his confessionals suck. he doesn't elaborate on ANYTHING in them ... i think if Nene visted Tribal he could potentially be the one to leave just b/c the others on his tribe seem to be alot stronger than he is.
Andi - i've been kinda disappointed w/ her as of late. she started off the game really well, making the alliances and going for it hard, but now she's just kinda coasting along. i don't think she's as into the game as she was in the beginning, hopefully she'll step it back up again soon.
Artist - um. he's another one that annoys me w/ his confessionals. it's like DUDE make a new freakin post for each episode, don't just keep lumping them all in the same thread and when you do make a new one, make them more interesting than they have been. he's another one who could be in trouble if they go to tribal.
Allen - who knew that Allen and Ashley knew each other and worked together?! ... that makes things all the more interesting. those two together seem to be pretty strong and w/ them also lined up w/ Payne they are going to go far. i'm glad i picked Allen for one of my picks, he's one that's actually proving to be worthy so far of being there.
Ashley - she's definitely surprised me over the past few days. she started out not being much of a threat but she's turned herself into one by rocking the challenge and being aligned with the strong players. people should watch out for her, or she could end up making it to the end.
Lorii - aside from Alicia she seems to be one of the ones in the bottom feeder tribe that has potential to do better. not saying that she will, but hey anything is possible.
Monique - she seems to be in her own little world. its like everyone else is playing the game while she's over looking at something shiny then randomly pops back in occasionally. i don't think she'll be around for alot longer.
Piper - out of all the girls in the game i think she annoys me the most. i don't know how to explain it, there's just something about her that grates on me. if she makes it into a merge and is w/ Payne he's going to try to get her out, which will make me happy.
Alicia - i feel bad for Alicia being stuck on the bottom dweller tribe. if she wanted to i think she could easily take control of things going on in their tribe and set herself up pretty nicely to make it to a merge. i have high hopes for her.
Matthew - lol, i find Matthew to just be odd. like he's nice and all, but he makes some of the most random posts in his confessional, and the capslock really has to go. at this moment i don't think he has anything to worry about within his tribe, but he'll have to start stepping it up in challenges down the road to really make it far.
Heather - not even worthy of me talking about her.
Kyle - lol, doesn't appear to be the brightest crayon in the box. he'll be alright for a little bit i think, but then should definitely start fearing for his life in the game b/c he's not going to make it *that* far.
i think Nene has this immunity challenge in the bag just b/c they have the more entertaining people on their tribe. Humuhumu will automatically lose some points b/c i'm sure Heather won't be around to actually post for them. lame.

That's hilarious what you said about Monique, Keisha. Whenever I read her confessionals, they seem so detached from the game and all of the other players. Reminded me of Big Tom's line in All Stars about Shii Ann: "She's probably trying to make an alliance with a bush right now!"
