I for some reason thought you were going to say Josh is fat. Quoting our amazing friend Payne.
I just wanted to come by and say Lorii's song is amazing, making songs for confessionals its pretty damn good, it bought her some points for me she has seriously kicked the entretainment factour up a notch.
Oh and I deffinitively love the fact Stephanie knows she has to run the merge and make some moves if she wants to have at least a chance on winning the game, hope she had been on from the begining because I'm sure by now she would be one of everyone's faves but so far she is doing great. Can't wait to see her take charge of the whole thing if she can.

Stephanie's definitely smart to realize that she needs to step it up if she hopes to secure some jury votes. I thought Kenyon played a good game last season once he came back to the game, but I don't think he stepped it up enough to convince a jury that an outcast should win over someone who had not been voted out. It still might be a broken road for Stephanie to tread since she was out of the game WAY longer than Kenyon, but no guts no glory. I applaud her effort.
This merge cast isn't overly spectacular, but like Sandy said, I think everyone has their own role to play. Even Earl being boring as dirt gives him a role...for Payne to mock. For me the most boring still in this game is Josh. He could be involved in some momentous decisions later down the road though, so I'm holding out some hope for him. I'm loving the renaissance of Lorii, and would love to see her continue to bring the attitude and go far.
Looks like Kyle's a goner...but I'm not gonna hate on him like some of you vultures have. I think he's played a MUCH better game this time compared with last, but he just doesn't have the networking of relationships or the gusto in personality to go overly far. I've actually enjoyed watching him play this time compared with last.

Well, it's official, Kyle is done. I will say that he did play a better game this time, but....not by a heck of a lot. Kyle's a nice guy and all, he really is, but Survivor is not his game. Still, kudos for at least giving us someone to make fun of, (and I expect the same from him next season, if he doesn' make All-Stars too that is).
Time for Analysis Time!!!
Payne: Clearly in control right now, but for how much longer? Sooner or later, (likely later) people will realize that they just can't beat him. I fully expect Payne to make final 4, but will he pull it off? Possibly.
Stephanie: Incredibly, she may be the one person that can stop Payne. I love how she's smart enough to catch on to the fact that she has to really step it up to have a chance at winning. And she's right. But what I really love is that she's in the middle of 2 alliances. The one with Payne, Ashley, and Allan, (in other words, the alumni's prefered alliance). And then the one with Lorii, Josh, and Piper. I actually would love to see Steph shock everyone and use this side alliance to wipe out the stronger alliance. I like Payne, Allan, and Ashley, but they've been in control from Day 1. Time to switch things up a bit. Either way, this game is gonna get VERRRRRRRRY interesting here in a little bit.
Alicia: Damn, I should have stuck with Allan being my pick to win. Oh well, Alicia definently showed a ton of improvement in her gameplay and she definently needs to be given credit for it. Her weakness was sticking way too closely to Kyle, (which is exactally what everyone else was expecting her to do). Still, much better played game!
Lorii: After somehow surviving Humuhumu, Lorii is in very good shape now. She can pick off the other Humuhumus. At final 7, if she and the others are smart, Steph, Josh, Piper, and her will realize that they are the tribe's bottomfeeders and join together to wipe out Payne, Allan, and Ashley. Once that happens, Lorii is in prime shape to win this game, as I don't think the others will be as liked by the jury as she will be. Lorii absoluely could win this game.
Allan: Sucks that his computer went down, (guess in ORG terms, it's the equivilent of being injured in the real Survivor). Allan's a great character, he's got the hidden immunity idol, (which of course would throw a wrench into the bottomfeeders plan to revolt) and he's got a lot of friends in this game. Allan's still got a great shot at winning.
Piper: That she's STILL in this game is nothing short of a miracle. Nobody has trusted her from the get go, she's been vulnerable particially every single round, and she has no real allies of any sort. And she's still here at final 9. Incredible. If the bottomfeeders do what I hope they do, Piper can make final 4 and perhaps stun everyone and do the unthinkable.
Ashley: While she's not particularly creative with her confessionals, Ashley is the strongest woman we got and also has a shot at winning. However, I just don't see it, I think Ashley will go down before final 4, whehter the bottomfeeders revolt against her, Payne, or Allan, or if Payne continues to control the game. Ashley will not make final 4, my prediction.
Josh: eh, he's a real disappointment this season. He could still make a comeback though, but it's getting unlikely.
Earl: The only purpose for Earl is that Payne has someone to make fun of. That said, with Kyle gone now, and Alicia likely to be next, Earl is gonna stay for now. Sadly, I can easily see him sneaking by and going farther than we expected, (or wanted) him to go.

hmm... Im having a hard time deciphering Piper's analogy
"Its just a new tribe, ehh I been on all of them. Its just like homeless people, when your box is all wet get a new one from somebody's trash. Then you don't put it in the same place or else it will get wet. In other words move on with life because you can't keep going back to the same old ugly orange, Lovely red, and my favorite green."
Maybe Im just stupid

All I have to say is, Hallelujah for making it this far for me! Making the jury is what I wanted to do, and I accomplished that. I always set a modest goal for myself, and it looks like I thankfully accomplished this one!
